Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow
Kayla was born and raised in Astoria, Oregon. Kayla received her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University in 2018 and her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Portland State University in 2015. Kayla has had clinical experience in many settings including the school system, private practice, skilled nursing facility, and pediatric outpatient clinics. Kayla is passionate about working with children in early intervention, aural rehabilitation, dysphagia, articulation and phonological disorders, and aphasia. Kayla is a Navy spouse and when she is not at work she spends her time showing the world to her baby, Lilli! She also loves anything involving dogs, traveling, and knitting!
